- If you buy several different items from my shop at the same time shipping costs cannot always be combined. Different items may be coming from different print providers, hence the need to pay separate shipping. If you are buying several of the same item and shipping costs seem high I will refund postage overages.

- The coasters will be coming direct from my printing partner. I cannot control the packaging, dispatch or delivery times, especially in holiday periods. Please contact me if you have any issues though and I'll do my best to help.

Postage and Packaging:

Coasters are posted via Royal Mail 48 Tracked with a processing time of 2-3 days.  You can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 Tracked for a small fee, but this will not affect the processing times.

It’s important to us to do our bit for the environment at Colour Pop Prints so all our packaging is recyclable, aside from any packaging we REUSE that the original product was sent in.

Please note if you buy any other products from my shop at the same time as the mugs they may be sent separately.
