WHAT ARE YOUR TURNAROUND TIMES?
Turnaround times vary by product. Homewares and hanging decorations have a 1 week turnaround time, which can increase to 2 weeks in holiday periods. I will send items out earlier if they are ready though. Papergoods have a 3-5 day turnaround apart from single greeting cards which will usually be sent next day. Please allow plenty of time for your items to reach you if you are buying for a specific date. All items are sent 2nd Class via Royal mail as standard, but items can be upgraded to 1st class for a small fee. Please note if you buy papergoods and homewares at the same time then the longer leadtime will count. If you buy A4 or A3 prints though these may be sent out separately.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Most items are made to order, which means they are painted or printed as and when the orders come through. For this reason I'm sorry but I do not offer refunds. In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged or lost in the post, or a fault has been made by us, please contact us.
I need an item urgently can you prioritise my order?
I will always do my best to prioritise an order if you have a deadline. This might not always be possible in busy periods though. Please contact me before you order to discuss your requirements. If you do not do this I cannot guarantee I can help. Please note painted items have a minimum turnaround time which is due to the need for drying time and that cannot be changed.
I live locally to you, can i pick my items up?
Yes, please contact me before ordering for a free delivery code. Pickups can happen most days, evenings and weekends, and you will need to arrange a time with me beforehand.
I've given you the wrong name/ spelling for a personalised order, can i change it?
If you realise you have made a mistake, please contact me as soon as possible by emailing me at colourpopprints@outlook.com detailing the incorrect info and your name and order number. If I haven't processed your order yet then I'm happy to change them. If the order been processed but not sent out then I may be able to amend for a small fee. At busy periods this may not be possible. Please note if the item has already been sent out then you will have to repurchase but I will prioritise your new order.
CAN YOU CHANGE THE TEXT OR COLOURS ON A PRINT OR GREETING CARD FOR ME?
Yes, if you need colours or wording changed then please get in touch to discuss your requirements prior to ordering. If it's a small change then I'm happy to do this free of charge. Larger changes may incur a small fee- please note this may not always be possible during busy periods.
IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYLABLE?
At colour pop Prints, we do our utmost to encure that we leave as little trace on the environment as possible. All our packaging is either reused or recyclable. Items come wrapped with acid-free tissue paper, and then REUSED bubble wrap. The outer box will be stuffed with reused paper, or postage pillows to pack the boxes out, and make sure items are safe in transit. Some outer postage boxes may also be reused so may not be in perfect condition. If you are buying a gift and want a new box then please leave a note to seller. All stickers are biodegradable, and paper products come protected in paper bags or biodegradable cello bags.

As a trained Graphic and Print designer for over 15 years, and a former web designer, I have extensive experience that could be beneficial to your business. I can help you with logo design, business branding, packaging design, website creation, or pattern design for use on products, packaging or for your website or social media.
